I started my cosmetic surgery journey round about 6 months ago. I’ve always been very confident and happy with my appearance as a young and happy 53-year-old. Unfortunately, the menopause has zapped my confidence dramatically and when I look in the mirror, I now feel and look old and haggard. My hooded eyes and under eyes were my main problem so I started looking into upper blepharoplasty and researched many different plastic surgeons across many different countries. I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. Overall I am pleased with the service, cost and care provided..
