I had breast augmentation with Dr Ng in August 2022. On the day of surgery, I somehow got fever and Dr Ng didn't want to do the surgery to make sure safety first (although I kind of insisted to do it). Fortunately I and my husband had planned to stay in Penang for 12 days so I was able to get them done 2 days before leaving.

Now it's been more than 10 months since the surgery, and I and my husband are very happy of the results. We were overly worried before the surgery since this is the first time either of us ever has surgery. But we knew we were in good hands and safe facilities, and having met Dr Ng in person during consultation and a couple other times in the hospital had us feeling safer and not worry anymore.

Dr Ng is a kind person, a professional and a master in his skills. I and my hubby are very happy we chose him as my surgeon. The nurses are knowledgeable experienced nurses, the facilities are clean and well-run. Thank you to all the team, it has been a truly positive experience.

I am very happy with my result. I did my breast reduction last Friday, I can immediately feel the outcome such as breast lift & smaller in breast size. However, today is still my 5th day of post surgery, I wish to see a overally achievement after 3-6 months of period.

Today I was consulting him about a muscle repair and tummy tuck. I have yet to make up my mind if I will proceed with this surgery primarily because it entails a lot and also because of my advanced age.

Hi had mine 10 days ago and am surprised how good I feel at the moment. I am still waiting to be hit by a setback but so far so good. I went to Dr Ng at Adventist Hosp, You need to make sure you like the surgeon and I like mine! He's very professional and support me mentally. I have did the vertical short scar medial pedicle type of breast reduction surgery and final scars in lollipop type. The surgeon was great and am very happy with my recovery so far, not really had hardley any pain. Total cost I paid exactly the amount mentioned through email. I'm from KL staying there for 10days but I feel like a vacation!

I did a mini tuck under DR Ng a year ago and wanted to wait until this time to write a review (I wanted to heal completely and provide my accurate review on his professionalism and work, on whether he delivered what was promised)
I wanted to remove the excess skin on my old c-sect scar and close up the mid-section separation of the abdomen (diastasis recti). Dr Ng and his team were absolutely professional and caring throughout my entire procedure. Questions on email were answered promptly. At the consultation, Dr Ng although was very busy, took the time to answer questions and that helped rid all my fears. The surgery went successfully and I was discharged the very next day. Throughout my healing process, he was still responding to my emails about concerns I had. I was very happy with that.
So in terms of how well the end results were of my mini tuck. I’m very pleased. It healed beautifully and the skin has settled nicely around my scar. It looks as good as it can get and that was all I wanted. No more skin rash and uncomfortable episodes of my undergarments getting trapped in the scar. It was the best decision made and a big factor to that is the care and professionalism accorded to me by Dr Ng and the team. Thanks so much for going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calm. You have given me back my confidence so kudos to you and your team!

I recently had a face lift with Dr Ng Hian Chan at Adventist hospital in Penang. I found Dr Ng to be a thoroughly charming and helpful man, who takes the time to engage in a conversation on his Facebook page with his patients, to answer all their questions, even in his own time.
