I was given an appointment within a short period of time. I had very little time waiting at the clinic. I was greeted in a friendly and professional way. My medical record was checked and confirmed. I was given a detailed explanation of my oral condition illustrated by the use of dental x-ray film which enabled me to make an informed decision about my treatment plan.
