I've been at this practice for around a year and in that time have had root canals, extractions and appointments with the hygienist. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Every single member of the team is professional, caring and friendly. They all clearly love their jobs and work seamlessly together. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The dental nurses are absolutely brilliant and the reception team and approachable, kind and friendly. The perfect dental practice for nervous patients. Worth every penny. Very good diagnostics, very well explained. Sadly a root canal treatment was not possible because of crack. The tooth was then immediately extracted.

Right from the start, I have to say this is not a cheap option. However, having decided on this I must say that the procedure was as painless as it possibly could be. It is a long process as Mr Shah prefers for everything to heal properly rather than rush things through. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I am delighted with the results. Fantastic experience at NW1 Dental Care. Anima, the reception staff and team are all very professional. I had veneers on my front 6 top teeth and then did Invisalign treatment for my bottom teeth. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend this place for Veneers and Invisalign treatments.
My appointment was with the Bangor branch. A very honest & helpful free initial consultation via Zoom, that recommended Invisalign would not be suitable for my teeth & that I should seek a referral from my dentist to see a specialist Orthodontist for treatment options.
