I received excellent care and advice throughout my treatments. Absolutely fabulous results I can’t stop smiling and have got loads more confidence. I would highly recommend Dr Masood. I went today to see Mr Glassford, what a brilliant guy, top of his game but so friendly and down to earth. The nurses are also lovely and friendly. The practice is beautiful, and Richard on the desk is just gorgeous. He has such a lovely manner and is so welcoming. Overall a fabulous experience with people I trust for once. Thank you so much.

Everyone is really friendly & puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. They talk through everything & explain x-rays & treatment plans, & ensure you are happy with it. Not pushy at all & listen to you & what the issue is.

I was dreading the day I had to have two broken teeth removed (caused by playing with my dog!) but Bilal & Kate very quickly put me at ease with their warm welcome and sense of humour. The whole process was done very quickly and completely without pain - it was almost a pleasant experience!

The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery

Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. I have also recommended some friends to come here. If you are looking for a place where you are treated by the best of the best when it comes to Invisalign, this is the clinic for you. I am so happy, thank you so much!!
