I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I saw Dr Bilal today. He was assisted by Libby, and I must say that I was very impressed, despite feeling a little anxious. Dr Bilal reassured me and the whole procedure, from giving me the local anaesthetic, having an impacted Wisdom tooth, and a snapped off molar extracted, took less than 10 minutes. I went into the treatment room at 1 pm, and I was on the bus home by 1.16. There was no pain and hardly any bleeding. If your dentist is hesitant about removing a tooth, ask to be referred to Smilekind.

I attended a consultation I had arranged, my overall opinion was that, Mr Mark Russell wanted to hear what treatment I wanted.
