I went today to see Mr Glassford, what a brilliant guy, top of his game but so friendly and down to earth. The nurses are also lovely and friendly. The practice is beautiful, and Richard on the desk is just gorgeous. He has such a lovely manner and is so welcoming. Overall a fabulous experience with people I trust for once. Thank you so much.

After dislodging an inlay, I found myself in need of a dentist while visiting a relative in Liverpool. I knew that it was important to get treatment quickly but didn't really know the area. My niece suggested Dr. Rez as a top-quality dentist who could see me as an emergency. It was late afternoon but I got myself an appointment for the next day. What a wonderful set-up. I was put at my ease from the minute that I entered the reception area not only by the empathetic front-line staff but by the comfortable and relaxing surroundings. I completed an initial questionnaire regarding previous and current health-related issues and then in the privacy of a second waiting area, a soft-spoken and understanding young lady went through them with me to make sure that Dr. Rez would be aware of any relevant data. After that, Dr. Rez introduced himself to me and we went together into the treatment room. My inlay and the tooth were cleaned and prepared before the inlay was fixed back into position. After that, the bite was checked and adjusted and everything felt 100% comfortable. Dr. Rez advised me to take care with certain foodstuffs for a few days to let the tooth settle down even though it felt really good. During the visit, everything from start to finish put me at ease and if I were resident in Liverpool, I would be registered as a patient. This is a smart up-to-date clinic that recognizes the need to fully relax the patient before any treatment is given. The actual treatment was of excellent value and is first class as is Dr. Rez.

Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. I have also recommended some friends to come here. If you are looking for a place where you are treated by the best of the best when it comes to Invisalign, this is the clinic for you. I would just like to say thank you for the way my appointment went last Friday (09/06/2023). I had been experiencing a nagging ache from a broken / fractured wisdom tooth for 3 to 4 weeks. My dentist referred me to the team at Leagrave as he had experienced trouble extracting it. I had a session of intravenous sedation and the tooth was out in around 30 minutes. Today less than 24 hours after the appointment is the first day I have not had to take tablets for pain. Thank you to all at Leagrave for the service you gave.
