I had a really positive experience at The Abbey dental practice. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, which immediately helped put me at ease. The reception team are welcoming and professional, and both Dentist & hygienist took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I felt listened to and fully informed about each step, which made the whole visit much less stressful. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a caring and reassuring practice.

I had a genuine fear of dentist and only went if I had a problem. I went to see Dr Masood and everything changed. Very friendly and professional at all times. I would just like to thank the friendliest team at Dr Ubhi's. You welcomed me like you had known me forever, which is very much needed when you're a nervous patient like me. And I would mostly like to thank Dr Adam Glassford who has to be one of the best cosmetic dentists around. He made my visit to have Veneers so simple and relaxing, and they look absolutely fantastic. It was the best decision I have made visiting Dr Ubhi's, and I am glad to have met this fantastic team.

I have been using this practice for many years. It's excellent. They have recently started treating my adult son who has autism and learning difficulties. They have been brilliant with him. Also, I left my appointment yesterday after having the best and most thorough clean and polish I have ever had!

I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past and consequently, I’m very nervous (in fact petrified)! I was recently referred to SmileKind for the extraction of a double tooth and I have to say, it was the most positive experience! Sami, and his assistant Sarah, couldn’t have been any more kind, patient and understanding. They both put me at ease and the whole procedure was over with so quickly and painlessly! I would, without a doubt, recommend SmileKind and especially Sami and his lovely nurse, Sarah.

The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery

If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.

I went for Scaling and Polish... The experience was a lot smoother than I thought and my teeth are transformed. I will recommend it to my friend
