I called for an emergency appointment, which the receptionist was able to give me for that same morning, the dentist who was new to me was very understanding, she listened to my concerns and took an x-ray, after checking that they did some sensitivity tests. I was reassured that they could not see anything seriously wrong and that they would check again on my next check up which was due in a few weeks. I cannot thank them all enough for the care I was given.

I have had extremely excellent customer service from the Andrew House Dental team. Firstly they swag into action for an emergency situation I found myself in, and was expertly cared for by DR Alison Walsh and the team. I have returned twice since then, on this occasion for another procedure conducted by DR Walsh with fantastic results. DR Walsh has an extremely caring manner and constantly checks that you are comfortable and OK, throughout your treatment. All the Dental nurses, I have met thus far, are also very friendly, professional and sensitive to the patient's needs. I have had nothing but first class treatment from this dental practice, from the friendly welcoming reception team, through to the after care service.
