Exceptional in every way! No wonder I’ve been using this clinic for 10 years now! Dr. Ahmed is like a ray of sunshine, he always welcomes his patients with a smile that simply gives us confidence. An incredible dentist, almost too modest for his level of professionalism, who managed to gather around him a lovely team that will hopefully follow his approach. I have been a patient for over a year now and have always been very happy with the care and attention given at each visit. Reception staff are always extremely polite and welcoming, which gives a calm atmosphere to the practice. Every dentist that I have seen at the practice always takes the time to explain the procedure and make you feel at ease, and as a nervous patient, this is very reassuring. I visited on Saturday for a consultation on composite bonding on some of my upper and lower teeth, and was very happy with the detailed explanations given by Mikalah for me to reach a decision to go ahead with treatment. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the subject. I would highly recommend BDC if you are looking for a practice that goes above and beyond in caring for its patients.

Today I saw the lovely Holly, the dental hygienist for a routine appointment. She has a lovely, gentle manner and is extremely thorough. I have been seeing her for the past 2 years now since I switched surgeries, and she has helped me improve the care of my teeth. She is great at offering advice to improve ongoing care too, and very gentle during treatment. I have full confidence in her. Thank you, Holly! The reception team is also very professional as usual.

I drive a fair way to come and yesterday saw Jenny for a hygienist appointment and it was really worth the trip. She is friendly, professional, hard-working and conscientious also. My teeth look so much better after she does her magic, she is a different level to any previous ones I have had bar none. The clinic is lovely and modern and friendly reception staff also. Really for me, this is a gem and I work in marketing consultancy and training customer service and really happy I was recommended here by my brother. Give Jenny a go and you will not be disappointed and I would say you will see as I said here a real difference. Highly and sincerely recommended.
