The office is clean, modern, and very comfortable, which made me feel at ease right away. I went in for a routine check-up and cleaning and I was very impressed with the level of care and attention I received. The dentist Dr Ramona Seth was thorough in explaining every step of the process, which really put me at ease. They also took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I understood what was happening with my dental health. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I could tell that the dentist really cared about my comfort throughout. I left feeling refreshed and confident about my dental care. The Hygienist Faizan was very gentle and professional. I highly recommend Oaks Dental Practice to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and caring dental team. I'll definitely be returning for future visits!

I had a broken tooth that was very sharp against my tongue. I also had a tooth that suddenly fell out. I rang Toni on Wednesday afternoon after seeing her review online plus she was close to home. My appointment was the next day. I can only reiterate the views. She was lovely very efficient, sorted me how with no hassle or pain. When I went to pay her I expected to pay a lot of money. She is the cheapest dentist I have had. The clinic is clean and professional, I had an X-ray (included in the fee) and Toni will phone me with the results to see if I need more treatment. Very highly recommended.
No one likes going to the dentist but one day we all have to for whatever reason. We have been customers of RL for many a year now after our old practice went fully private and have to say all the staff make your visit so welcoming and friendly. Yes, you may have to wait as all the dentists here take their time with you as being very precious and personal and you do not feel at all rushed, yes they have gone all private since this year but the transition to Denplan was made easier with their help. They are the best that we have ever had - well done to the Chards and RL for building such a great place to come.
