As soon as I arrived my surgeon, Dr. Bilal Fazil, came out shook my hand, and asked if I liked cricket. Odd, but what a different way to relax a clearly anxious patient. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in a language I understood and continually reassured me it would all be fine. The injections of anesthetic were given painlessly and before I had even realized what was happening Dr. Bilal was showing me the extracted tooth. I needed some stitches, but again this was painless and not uncomfortable at all. He and his nurse Sarah, who kept talking and reassuring me were just amazing and I cannot praise them enough. If like me you are fearful of the dentist you really don't need to be or have anything to fear with these two. You really will be pleasantly surprised and leave a lot less stressed than when you arrived. I did!
