I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. I had to go private last year at a different dentist and they wanted to remove 2 back teeth, I only left them to remove one. They also did a filling which fell out 3 days later and they wanted to remove this one as well (I didn’t let them) Allen House Dentist who I have signed up with on the NHS was a totally different experience. They don’t want to remove said tooth, just fill it. They also said the tooth that the filling came out off which the other practice wanted to remove is totally fixable with a filling. What a lovely experience, the staff were lovely and explained everything in detail. My daughter also signed up with them and she was more than happy with what they advised.
The entire staff team have been so welcoming and bright. The dentist is reassuring, gentle and patient. I’d highly recommend this practice.
