I went today to see Mr Glassford, what a brilliant guy, top of his game but so friendly and down to earth. The nurses are also lovely and friendly. The practice is beautiful, and Richard on the desk is just gorgeous. He has such a lovely manner and is so welcoming. Overall a fabulous experience with people I trust for once. Thank you so much.

I have my dental checkup this week and as always was very professional and friendly. My dentist is very gentle and always caring and every treatment I have received there has always been fantastic, pain free. Also, I visited my hygienist. She is very caring too and cleaned my teeth nicely. She took time to show me how to get more efficient results with my teeth cleaning routine. Great dentist practice. I will highly recommend them.

All of the staff at The Waterside Dental Clinic are exceptional. I have never received this level of care and service at any dentist I have been to previously. I would recommend them to anybody.

I was terrified about having a large abscessed tooth removed when I arrived at Smilekind in Boscombe. As soon as I arrived my surgeon, Dr. Bilal Fazil, came out shook my hand, and asked if I liked cricket. Odd, but what a different way to relax a clearly anxious patient. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in a language I understood and continually reassured me it would all be fine. The injections of anesthetic were given painlessly and before I had even realized what was happening Dr. Bilal was showing me the extracted tooth. I needed some stitches, but again this was painless and not uncomfortable at all. He and his nurse Sarah, who kept talking and reassuring me were just amazing and I cannot praise them enough. If like me you are fearful of the dentist you really don't need to be or have anything to fear with these two. You really will be pleasantly surprised and leave a lot less stressed than when you arrived. I did!

Dr Rez has the most patient wonderful team. I am having my treatment with Dr Anthony who is so kind makes me feel at ease and doesn't rush and tells me everything he is going to do before he starts. I am so confident in having my treatment. I have recommended Anthony to my husband daughter and granddaughter who feel the same as myself.

Exceptional in every way! No wonder I’ve been using this clinic for 10 years now! Dr. Ahmed is like a ray of sunshine, he always welcomes his patients with a smile that simply gives us confidence. An incredible dentist, almost too modest for his level of professionalism, who managed to gather around him a lovely team that will hopefully follow his approach. Professional from start to finish with fantastic results. I had obtained two other quotes for Invisalign and bonding, but as soon as I spoke to Dr Rishi, I knew I didn't need to look any further. Had to have a large molar tooth removed yesterday and was really dreading it. I need not have worried because Dr Gaya did it so that I felt nothing. The injections didn’t hurt and the extraction was done very quickly. I couldn’t believe it. Having had bad experiences in the past has left me nervous. I need not have been because this dentist is brilliant. She is very friendly as well as efficient. I have been with this practice for some years now. The dentist’s assistant nurse is also very pleasant as are all the reception staff. Can’t speak highly enough of them all.
