I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past and consequently, I’m very nervous (in fact petrified)! Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. I have also recommended some friends to come here. If you are looking for a place where you are treated by the best of the best when it comes to Invisalign, this is the clinic for you. I would just like to say that Dan is one of the most professional, kind and reassuring dentists I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I popped into this practice on the spur of the moment knowing nothing about it with pain in a wisdom tooth. Dan was naturally able to put me at ease and explained everything he was doing and why. The replacement of my amalgam was completely pain-free and a special sheet was put around the tooth to make sure that there was no leakage of mercury into my mouth. The receptionists and dental assistants were equally as friendly and good at their jobs. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and my 'saved' tooth is now perfectly fine. Thank you, Dan, for being able to squeeze me in at such short notice and for your all-around expert treatment. In my opinion, your technical and social skills are second to none.
Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to. Excellent manners and courtesy, superb 'bedside manner' and careful to explain what is what while progressing through your treatment. Even more importantly for me (as I am a bit of a coward in a dentist's chair) is pain management. I didn't feel a thing even when undergoing lengthy and complex treatment. He even anaesthetises the local area with a spray before applying the primary anaesthetic by injection which is itself then pain-free. First-rate surgery!
