I had a really positive experience at The Abbey dental practice. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, which immediately helped put me at ease. The reception team are welcoming and professional, and both Dentist & hygienist took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I felt listened to and fully informed about each step, which made the whole visit much less stressful. I have my dental checkup this week and as always was very professional and friendly. My dentist is very gentle and always caring and every treatment I have received there has always been fantastic, pain free. Also, I visited my hygienist. She is very caring too and cleaned my teeth nicely. She took time to show me how to get more efficient results with my teeth cleaning routine. Great dentist practice. I will highly recommend them.
Broke my bottom denture right through and took it to victory dental lab who did the repair within the hour. You cannot see where the break was denture looks the same as before the damage. Graeme was very helpful in some other information and service I wanted. So very happy with the service reasonable price too.
Exceptional in every way! No wonder I’ve been using this clinic for 10 years now! Dr. Ahmed is like a ray of sunshine, he always welcomes his patients with a smile that simply gives us confidence. I had my appointment a week ago, and they were the first dental entity to approach me. Being a foreigner in the UK, I was a little sceptical regarding getting an early appointment because I was in severe pain, but they were swift to respond to me and did a job well done! I sincerely thank them for their service and sincerely recommend that people go to them for dental issues.
If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.
