A super fast respond from the clinic and I got an appointment straight away. The staff and everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. The professionalism and work ethics are amazing. I would recommend the place and I intend to carry on using their services.

My initial reason for choosing the Whippendale Dental Clinic for implant treatment was the huge number of 5-star reviews here on WhatClinic. My experience fully justified those reviews and now I add my own 5-star review to them. Dr Gulshan Murgai has proved to be an absolute star! Not only is he highly experienced, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional, he's also a really nice guy. His staff too are excellent and very friendly. Each time I had an appointment it almost felt as though I was visiting friends! Here are things that I particularly appreciated: The preliminary conversations we had to help me decide what approach would be best in my particular case. Very helpful information, all questions answered and guidance is given without any pressure whatsoever. As a result, the conclusion and decision I arrived at proved to be the right one. The successful procedures Dr Murgai undertook to provide me with a full set of implants and replacement teeth - that now look and feel great and work well. His obvious huge technical skill. The detailed explanations Dr Murgai gave me about everything that I asked - and I asked a lot because I'm into detail and knowing 'whys' and 'hows'. The exceptional care he took to get everything right - not just 'good enough' but the best possible outcome. If something needed adjusting he took the time and trouble to do that each time it arose. The state-of-the-art equipment and facilities in which Dr Murgai has invested to enable him to deliver the highest quality dental surgery. The fact that Dr Murgai has his own dental lab and skilled technicians on site so that everything is under his control and done to his high standards. So was the experience entirely pain-free? You wouldn't expect it to be in my case, with extensive surgery involved, but Dr Murgai did his best to effectively minimise the discomfort. No complaints but I really don't like injections! Still, Dr Murgai's skill meant that I really couldn't feel a whole lot while he was working on me. So would I recommend Dr Murgai and his clinic? Absolutely! I have complete confidence in him and he's my dentist from now on.

I had a check up. No problems. Made the next appointment for July.

I have just completed a course of teeth whitening at Dentality using the enlighten whitening system. The treatment was instigated by my grandson who asked me why my teeth were yellow! Dr Gurpreet was very supportive throughout the treatment. I explained that I didn’t want to look like a real celebrity and he assured me that I could have my teeth lightened to a shade where I would be happy. During the two week course, Dr Gurpreet kept in contact with me to make sure I was happy with the progress. After the two week course, I returned to the practice to have the last hour - the end of treatment. I am absolutely delighted with the results and feel myself smiling a lot more. The bonus was when my grandson commented that I had nice teeth now.
