I had my appointment a week ago, and they were the first dental entity to approach me. Being a foreigner in the UK, I was a little sceptical regarding getting an early appointment because I was in severe pain, but they were swift to respond to me and did a job well done! I sincerely thank them for their service and sincerely recommend that people go to them for dental issues.

Fabeena and the receptionist were both welcoming and friendly which helps make the experience for a nervous patient all the more relaxing. This was my third visit for check-up and hygiene. I would recommend this practice.

I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. So, if you are thinking of a dentist who incorporates technical excellence with integrity, and also extremely importantly, a sympathetic response to difficulties that can seem overwhelming, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nikolaos and his excellent team. You will find that all their suggestions for your treatment are based on a genuine desire to help you in every possible way, as I did!

The practice manager and reception staff are equally outstanding. They go above and beyond to accommodate patients efficiently and always listen to their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. The recent refurbishments are stunning—the practice feels fresh, modern, and welcoming. I also really appreciated the soothing music in the waiting area; it created a calm and relaxing atmosphere that made a big difference for me. I can't recommend Oaks Dental Ruislip enough.
