5 star treatment as usual. Mark always puts me at ease, as I can be anxious. All staff so polite and caring and look after my 91 year mother extremely well. I got an appointment very quickly as I had a problem with a tooth- sorted whilst there. Advised to wear a mouth guard at night, seems to be working well. Complete confidence in Mark and his skills.
I hate going to the dentist but Claire my dentist is lovely and gentle so makes the visit as pleasant as it can be.
Where do I start when words can't express my satisfaction for this practice. The team here are so good in every way. I have had extractions, fillings and surgical extractions I've received nothing but the best care in the hands of this wonderful team. My teeth have also been polished here and soon will go for the whitening next month. I have complete trust and respect for the whole team here. My appointment was for a consultation with a view to having dental implant work done. My dentist had recommended two local dental practices and this was the second one I visited. Smile seemed to me to be doing the work over a longer timescale which I felt was better in order to allow sufficient time for healing which would in turn give a more viable result.
I had been in pain for a few days, managed to get an emergency appointment with Westcountry Dental. My experience of the dentist has not been the best however this time I found the service I received from Tony and Jess to be excellent. In fact from the moment I arrived at the moment I left I felt at ease with the whole experience. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone as I am now pain-free.
