I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. I have been so impressed with Highfield Dental as my orthodontist. I have started Invisalign clear aligners with them. Everything has been thoroughly explained and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Like many others, I don’t love going to the dentist but they make it a really pleasant experience. I can’t wait to have my teeth whitened at the end and to see the hygienist there. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a private dentist.
Outstanding practice. Been today for a hygiene visit with George. I am always put at easy while at my visit. George is very helpful and gives advice regarding what toothbrushes and products to use so I can maintain a good healthy mouth. If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.
