Professional dental establishment. Followed all the covid rules to limit spread. All checks made at the steps of the clinic prior to entry. I went to have my teeth cleaned by the hygienist. I am sorry I forgot her name. I am a myeloma patient, so she went through my medical history before she started. I have a very sensitive mouth but she put me at ease. I did not feel a thing. She explained what she was doing as she went along. Very clear and precise. Done a great job on removing strong stains on my teeth and cleaned them thoroughly. Very happy. Highly recommended.

Outstanding treatment! I have just had a double root canal procedure on my two front teeth, carried out by Dani Mancuso. The initial injections stung a bit but then the procedure was carried out skilfully, with great care and precision using superb equipment. After the procedure, my gums were still a bit numb. Three hours later all is now well and I feel hugely relieved that this has been resolved. I chose this clinic as my wife had also had root canal treatment here previously and six months on all is well with her. The visit was extremely well organised throughout. All done in about an hour. Thank you!

I have been attending this practice for 50 years, so I felt it would be appropriate to say ‘Thank you’. Over the decades, I have always received courteous and respectful attention from receptionists and dental staff alike. On the rare occasions when appointments have not been immediately available, attempts have always been made to accommodate me as soon as practicable. Although I have been examined and, when necessary, treated by a number of dentists over the years, I have always felt confident that my dental care is of the highest standard. For the past number of years, this has been administered by extremely knowledgeable, professional and skilled staff, including the highly qualified, Dr. Koochek. I hope the next 50 years will be equally as impressive. Thank you.

Friendly, fast, efficient. Excellent work from Rafi in Reception and Hygienist Bee. The latter was very informative too. Did you know that Listerine was useless if you use it every day? I didn't. Bang goes twenty years of buying the stuff. Will be going back for sure.

My treatment at Carisbrooke was over a period of 2 1/2 years and throughout this treatment, I have nothing but praise for all the staff. When I was told by my own dentist I would need an implant, I was quite nervous and chose to have my treatment at Carisbrooke. After reading about the practice online and after a consultation explaining what my treatment involved, I felt very at ease. After a painful incident which resulted in an upper jaw fracture and two broken front teeth and being told by my old dentist that I need to have these front teeth taken out, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Shenas, and I am so happy I did. From my first visit to my last both Dr Shenas and Magdalena were so kind and reassuring on the treatment plan which required root canal on my two front teeth, and I am pleased to say he "saved my smile" as I did not have to have my teeth removed. He also secured metal braces to realign my damaged teeth and jawline, finishing with Invisalign. Two years later my teeth are repaired, beautifully straight and I am pain-free. I cannot thank Dr. Shenas and his team enough, they did an amazing job. I now have a wonderful new dentist and I would not trust anyone other than Dr. Shenas to meet my future dental needs.
