Confident Dental Implants

I always enjoy going to Confident for check-ups and treatment. Paul puts me at ease straightaway and is so caring and friendly. Likewise, Imogen is a fabulous hygienist, very caring too, and gives very good advice. The receptionists are all lovely as well. I highly recommend Confident and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was my first consultation at the clinic and all the staff were first class. The course of treatment for my implant was fully explained. I have no hesitation in giving the clinic a 5-star rating.

Been with Confident for a few years. All staff are always friendly, smiling, reassuring and calm. The practice uses the newest technology and the visit is very interactive and informative. Joss has won 'dental practitioner of the year' awards it's no surprise, she is simply great.

Paul gave excellent advice on the type of crown to replace a failed crown. He also offered to cover the cost even though the failed crown was just outside the guarantee period. The procedure was carefully undertaken and the result is fantastic.

All very professional and reassuring. So far in the middle of several treatments - implant base painlessly and very quickly installed, Naomi managed to do three fillings in one session, again completely painlessly, and most recently an investigation into whether a broken tooth can be saved and restored, with a positive outcome the expected diagnosis. The dentists and staff are helpful, reassuring, and very good at what they do.

Have been going to Confident for several years now. Staff are efficient and caring. My latest treatment was to have a painful wisdom tooth extracted. I had a good experience (have not had an extraction since the 1970's so wasn't sure what to expect). Completely painless and a great relief to get it sorted out. Lovely dentist and the dental nurse made me feel at ease and relaxed. Clear instructions on how I should look after my mouth for the post-extraction period. Can't fault the treatment in any way.

Have been a customer here for a few years now. Very nice people and very clean surgery. Jane gave me a check over & polish. Very prompt. Not bad value with a polish.

I am absolutely petrified of the dentist but had to go. I went to Stroud Confident Dental where the staff are superb. I had to be sedated for my first visit which went well. I didn't feel a thing! I have since been back several times to the hygienist who is wonderful.
All the staff are great. They listen to your concerns as a person and you are not treated as a fool for crying etc.

The staff have really helped me along the way. I know there is a long way to go but I am taking baby steps and I am happy to keep returning for their help.

Reasonably priced and no sale pressure to undertake any treatment that is not necessary for dental health.

Everybody in this clinic does all they can to make your visit as good as it can possibly be. All the staff are friendly and have time to listen to everything you need to say. This different approach and actively positive attitude make an appointment here not something you need to worry about.

As someone who positively avoided dental treatment for much of his life, Confident achieved the near impossible. Now, thanks to the care, warmth and reassurance from the dentist and hygienist, a trip to Confident is a pleasure. I can't recommend them highly enough.

As a busy working Mum, I don’t usually write reviews but this one is well deserved!

My family and I have been patients at Confident Dental and Implant Clinic for several years now and would not go anywhere else.
We usually see Dr Ala Rozwadowska, Julia Hall and any hygienist available.

Ala and Julia are kind, gentle, honest, skilled and professional – qualities that rarely coexist in the dental profession! I can genuinely say that they put your well-being above profit and don’t suggest treatment unless absolutely necessary.

All staff have good working relationships and you get the impression that they really enjoy working together.

I was recently in quite a lot of pain following some treatment, phoned in and was quickly offered an emergency appointment. When I came in for my appointment, Ala and Julia’s friendly rapport instantly put me at ease and I relaxed as they carried out treatment to calm a sensitized tooth. What struck me was that over the following week, 3 members of staff checked to see how I was doing! They really went over and above the call of duty to check that I was OK!

A trip to the dentist is considered a treat by my children and I often struggle to get them to leave the practice after their appointments.
Ala is very good at reaching out to children with very different personalities; my eldest being a very switched on and more nervous patient and my youngest being a playful child who won’t usually sit still for 2 minutes and demands that her toy lion receives the same treatment she does (which Ala and Julia happily accommodate). Both of my children sit happily for Ala and Julia and let them carry out routine examinations and treatments like fissure sealants etc. when necessary.

We are very grateful to have found Confident Dental Care and happy to give credit where credit is due.
