I went today to see Mr Glassford, what a brilliant guy, top of his game but so friendly and down to earth. The nurses are also lovely and friendly. Last Tuesday(6/09/22) I went for a check-up, & met Ozga. I knew I had problems with a root that needed removing. Having been traumatised in February at another Dental practice, I was very nervous. Ozga was amazing, and reassured me throughout, as did the caring nurse. The procedure was pain-free, and Ozga explained, I would only feel the pressure of the extraction.
