I contacted this clinic after a bad experience at an attempt to have my wisdom tooth extracted at another clinic.All the staff i met and encountered were friendly and understanding and most of all reassuring.Dr Jillian took all the time examining and discussing options with me and an appointment for extraction was made for the following day. Dr jonathan and his assistant did their best to make me comfortable through the process and i was impressed by their proffessionalism.I had to return there two days later after developing a dry socket and Dr phil attended me.I would recommend anyone to this clinic and i cant thank them enough as i was in agony when i first called them and is safe to say i am recovering well 5 days later.
The treatment I've received from Philip and his team has been first-class - 100% professionalism throughout the patient journey. I'd always struggled with having the right smile and the work done here has restored my confidence and has given me a better and stronger smile. They phoned me promptly. Initially they could not offer me an appointment but then phoned back to say one had become available. They were very friendly and understanding on the phone. I didn't go for the appointment in the end as I took advice from my own dentist, however, I may well approach them again in the future.
