I have had my All-On-4 for a YEAR as of today! I waited to do the review because something as major/expensive / life-changing as an ALL-ON-4 isn't something that can honestly be reviewed after just a few days. I was born with Enamel Hypoplasia; that is, my adult teeth didn't have any enamel. I was told when I was a teenager that I would be wearing dentures by the time I was 25. I decided to do my best to take care of what I had - I brushed after every meal, I flossed, etc. My teeth lasted until I was 56! I tried several times to get my teeth fixed in the US (starting in 1989) and the price / procedure kept changing including the first time I started in 1989 and I had already paid the dentist over $5k (in 1989 $). Any how, I visited a few more dentists up here in Texas throughout the years and never got a good feeling for they were going to do for me (price was all the way to $100k with a WHOLE year of warranty). I first reached out to Goodness Dental in 2016 and they were very informative and had me send down a panoramic x-ray of my teeth. I was told that if my gums were in good shape (they are), they recommended an ALL-ON-4 and it would take two trips to Costa Rica 6 months apart. Covid19 finally allowed me the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica in December of 2020 - they yanked all my TEETH!!! For the first couple of days, I was thinking WTF did I just do. They screwed by bottom temporaries in and gave me a set of removeable upper CLOWN teeth (I only wore them for the minimum recommended 1 hour a day as I couldn't talk/chew with them). My family and I travelled back to Costa Rica in June/July 2021 for the permanent teeth. They told me for most it would take a couple of months to get used to it - since I was used to having no teeth for the previous 6 months, it only took me a few days. The procedure has been life changing as I finally have teeth that are super sensitive to things like lemons and other acidic fruits, I can chew without shifting food around from side to side in my mouth, etc. The only thing I would ding Goodness Dental for it there has been no follow-up since I left to see how was I adjusting to my new teeth. Since I haven't had any issues, this hasn't been a big deal to me - but I know others who need the follow up.

I recently had my first visit to M&R Dental, and I must say, it was a great experience. As someone who is usually quite nervous about getting dental work done, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. The deep cleaning, fillings, and even my molar extractions were performed with such simplicity that I didn't feel any pain at all. One thing that truly stands out about M&R Dental is its exceptional follow-up process. They took the time to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied with the results, which made me feel valued as a patient. I am more than happy to recommend M&R Dental to others. In fact, my next goal is to get braces, and I have complete confidence in their ability to provide excellent orthodontic care. My wife has already had braces done with them, and she had a fantastic experience as well. Overall, M&R Dental exceeded my expectations, and I'm looking forward to continuing my dental journey with them.

I went to have four caps done , after a thorough examination the dentist told us I do not need caps the structure of my teeth were fine. The honesty and integrity of this company are very refreshing in these times.

I had only a few days left in Costa Rica but wanted to get a couple of replacement mouth guards. I used the WhatClinic site and found that Prisma Dental had good reviews and was located nearby. From my first inquiring email right to the day, I left Los Algodones the staff at Alberta Dental were friendly and professional. I needed a bridge that I had been putting off until I wasn’t so cash strapped or a truck full of money crashed into my house - neither seemed to be on the horizon. A neighbour told me about Alberta Dental, and I won’t lie about being a little hesitant. The more than $3,000 savings got me over that. And that allowed me to get a higher quality zirconia bridge. Grisel was my point of contact, and what a gem! She greeted me right at the border entrance and escorted me to the clinic just a few 100 ft. The check-in was a breeze, well organized and the staff was attentive to my comfort. Very short wait time before I was in the chair. The equipment is modern and as up-to-date as the dental clinics around here. There’s nothing good that can be said about the prep work that goes into the bridge - it’s an awful time. But Dr Allen was intuitive of any pain I was having a would take a break to check on me. When the bridge was completed by the lab he was not happy with the shade of it and called to have them redo the colouring. Just so attentive to the details. I would definitely go there again should I need other dental work. Thank you all at Alberta Dental!

Costa Rica Dental Clinic Lab was incredible! I traveled here from the U.S. I needed a root canal and crown. The pricing was great. The staff speak English and are very friendly and accommodating. They made it such an easy and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone and everyone.

I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.
