I just saw the clinic while I was in the area and decided to inquire. The staff are very kind and accommodating. The doctor, Doc Raynald, is very kind and professional. I had a gastric Balloon Done which costed 2000 Euro for 6 months. I am down 9kg after 6 weeks. I found the communication excellent and the follow up. I knew there was support if any questions and that was great reassurance. I organised this very fast and I was accommodated for the dates that suited me. All the staff were very friendly and the doctor was very attentive throughout. Getting picked up from the airport and collected and dropped off at hotel and clinic took a lot of stress out of the trip. I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery.
