I reached out to Dr Santiago for liposuction where I felt another surgeon had fallen short in the procedure. Dr Santiago was very transparent about what outcome to expect. His bedside manner was amazing. His English was great especially since I don’t speak Spanish. The outcome was better than I ever expected. He is the only surgeon I will go to in the future no matter what cosmetic procedure I need or desire.

Lovely team, elegant and professional place. I went there for lip fillers and they really cared about what I was looking for and they respected the proportions of my face. The results are perfect. Good price too.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

Everything went nice and smooth - kindness and professionalism were part of the deal. The only downside is the price - they make sure it catches you by surprise at the end (my cheek fillers were pricier than in my home country). They make you feel welcome and comfy, and the place is tidy and state-of-the-art. No pain at all.

From the first message on WhatClinic to them, this was wonderful. Within 24 hours, I got a reply in good written English by sms, and after via WhatsApp. 1 week earlier, I had a bad experience with a doctor found on Google Maps, so I was a bit afraid. But they took care of me, Questions were quickly answered, and an (affordable) appointment was made with the surgeon who would help me. The surgeon discussed what would be best for me, but I wanted to do something else. He advises against this, but when I showed the picture I wanted, he told me: "ok, no problem, for me it doesn't matter, but there is a little bit more chance of complications". Thank you for this! Because I really got the feeling that he wants the best for me, but also listens to my needs. After the first meeting, they stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp to discuss payment, the date, and to answer all questions I still had. When I told them I wanted to do the surgery, everything went very quickly :) Because I told them I can come any day and any time, they planned for me already after 2 days, told me what to do, and what not to do. Made an appointment at the hospital to discuss everything. And even when I asked if they could help me with getting the medicine, they did! This was so much more relaxed for me. On the day of the surgery (today), I was a bit stressed, but they all told me to relax, no worries, and really did their best to make me feel good! Then I got my own room where my family could stay. They even got breakfast…. Now this is what you call service! The surgery was done in a very, very clean and professional space! I felt safe there and in the hands of skilled people! And when I woke up, I was back in my room with my family, and got coffee and a very good meal! After a few hours, I felt really good and discussed everything with the surgeon and nurses, and they even brought me back home by car :) This I didn’t expect. They do even more than they promise :) Thank you all for this great experience! I recommend them! Just send them a message, you won’t regret it! update after 8 hours: I saw something weird that i didn't see online in pictures after the same surgery, so i asked the reception if they could ask my doctor why it isn't like the pictures online, so i can put my mind to ease, but they wanted me to wait 10 days. Which I understand, but if it doesn't heal pretty, i would have to wait again for recovery. I just hoped they could tell me why it doesn't look like other pictures, just after surgery, that would make my experience even better! Update after 35 hours: It looks like the surgeon forgot to remove 2 small parts of my frenulum, but I cannot verify this yet, as they asked me to wait 10 days... Update after 1 week: During my check-up appointment, the Doctor removed the last part of my frenulum with local anaesthesia (such) and now everything is fine! Thank you so much. All the tools for this small operation were already in his office, so they were planning on fixing this for me. I didn't know this beforehand, but I'm happy for this, because otherwise I would have been scared for a few days, due to the local anaesthesia. This looks way better! thanks.

Hello, I would like to share my experience with InMedica Beauty Clinic. I had a tummy tuck with Dr Ernest Zacharevkij.I am from Lithuanian origin, but I have been living in Norway for a long time. The medical care service in Lithuania is of a high level, so I decided to return to my home country for plastic surgery. From the very first minute I was impressed by the work of the clinic's managers. Everything was organised perfectly and very quickly: my consultation, my flight, transportation from the hotel to the hospital and home. I met the most professional and caring doctor and such a wonderful nurses at the hospital, it seems like we have known each other all our lives! I had 3 major surgeries with Dr. Herrero: FFS (Facial Feminisation Surgery), Colo-vaginoplasty and then a combination of 360° liposuction with lipo sculpting to breasts and buttocks over a period of around a year. The FFS was perhaps even more life-changing than the colo-vaginoplasty in terms of everyday life. The results were fantastic and while I may opt for some minor additional changes years later. I find no fault in the work done, the recovery or the experience. For a more mathematical response; in gender recognition software my face was seen as 80%+ masculine before the surgery and after recovery, the score was consistently 96% female. Most cis-women I know who tried this software scored 70-80% female. I could not expect anything better. As for the colo-vaginoplasty... Simply amazing. I had a Gynaecologist in Taiwan give me a vaginal inspection recently, she asked me when I had my hysterectomy while she was using the speculum. It was that good! As for sensitivity, mind-blowing. It took 3 or 4 months to heal enough to learn that, but 3 or 4 years later I am still amazed at what this body can experience now. As for the BBL and lipo work, again, very happy. Not as life-changing as the other two results, but the quality is just as good and I am very happy with my body in a way I never thought I would be. Also, Dr. Herrero is a gentleman, kind, took the time to explain things, was gentle and understood my needs completely.

I had waist and abdomen liposuction. I’m very satisfied with the result. The doctor is very professional. He explained the procedure clearly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely recommend my friends to come here for cosmetic procedures.
