On my initial meeting with Sofia I was extremely impressed by her listening skills. I knew that I was in safe hands and the treatment using my own blood plasma to fill my lip lines would be exceptional. Her care during the procedure and follow up attention has been second to none. I was extremely pleased with all stages of the treatment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of tea and seated. I had a consultation with Dr. Sophie, who was very patient and gave me the best advice and answered all my queries and addressed my worries- I even was allowed to bring my son with me which made me much more comfortable. Overall I had a very positive experience in a comfortable setting. I am looking forward to having a consultation with Dr. Raj Thethi.

The staff are lovely; friendly, relaxed & informative. Shaan, who did the treatment was fantastic. She loves her job and has such good knowledge & skills of how to get the best results. She was in no rush, took time to get the best result & was lovely to spend the hour with! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. I will highly recommend. Communication all the way. Very polite. I had fillers and treatment for wrinkles. I think for what I've had done it's good value. I feel rejuvenated and happy with my results. I chose this clinic as its close to where I live, plenty of parking at no charge and very easy to get to.

Bilal is amazing. I'm terrified of all new situations due to anxiety. The surgery let me just sit in the chair for my first appointment. Then I went back twice for extractions. Amazing first class.

Really impressed at the treatments I’ve had so far, the plasma fibroblast on my eyes was painless along with filler. Emma is lovely and caring, brilliant at what she does and very honest and explains everything in detail what will happen. All information is provided before treatment and full aftercare post treatment. The treatment room is spotless and all qualifications are on show. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Came across this clinic by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! We spoke over the phone first and were really impressed with the questions etc asked. When I attended the clinic it was lovely and clean and the owners were super friendly. I felt completely at ease and felt I could ask questions etc. I had a facial done and was given some home skincare too. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any products or booking any extra services. My face feels and looks a lot better and I feel more confident in myself. I have already booked for another Treatment and I can’t wait! So glad I found this place and definitely recommend!
