I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

A super fast respond from the clinic and I got an appointment straight away. The staff and everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. The professionalism and work ethics are amazing. I would recommend the place and I intend to carry on using their services.

All of the staff at The Waterside Dental Clinic are exceptional. I have never received this level of care and service at any dentist I have been to previously. I would recommend them to anybody.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made to feel comfortable and welcome! The clinic itself was immaculate, with a modern and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable seating and a pleasant ambience. It was evident that cleanliness and hygiene were top priorities, which is especially important in a dental setting.

I am very happy with the treatment that the doctors in the clinic did. They put me in Invisalign and is the best treatment ever. It does not compare with the conventional brackets.
