Going abroad for any medical procedure is high risk, and deep analytical research is required. I selected Dr. Popovic based on the quality of reviews and the quality of the website. The implant options were more affordable than in the UK, and I had friends I wanted to visit in Belgrade. I booked my appointment for June 12, 2024, and flew with Wizzair. The Wizzair app was easy to use; although the onboard experience was a little crowded, it was okay. **Clinic:** The clinic is large, modern, contemporary, clean, fully staffed, with a helpful reception—exactly what you would expect from a professional environment. Having run the David Clulow clinic in Earls Court for contact lenses back in the day, I know what to look for. **Dr. Popovic:** Courteous, kind, and professional, Dr. Popovic told me what was good for me without offering what was not possible—a very good sign. I wasn't suitable for top jaw implants, so I opted for a crown and permanent dentures. By the way, if you need veneers, Dr. Popovic's colleague was simply awesome. I had anticipated needing two, but only one, with a perfect color match, was required. **Procedure:** Dr. Popovic's wife carried out the procedure, which involved six visits. Each visit was timely, professional, calibrated, and precise. I was in good hands, and the standard was high. Together, we decided on the choice of color. **Pain Levels:** The professional care ensured minimal pain. I experienced slight bruising on one tooth area gum, which made eating uncomfortable, so I had to eat soft foods for several days. I didn't need painkillers. **Ratings:** As a clinic manager, I rate professional care, calibration, precision, and technical ability. Satisfaction: 10/10. If I had found any faults, I would have downgraded the rating, but I didn't. A special mention to Ivona, Dr. Popovic's assistant, who organized cabs and perfectly priced accommodation at the nearby Hotel Rozarev, a rustic family hostel with 5-star staff. **Conclusion:** Overall, it was an excellent experience. Did I get lucky? Well, perhaps you make your own luck.

I have visited the clinic on multiple occasions for root canal, cleaning, pain diagnosis and extraction. I have always found the staff and service to be exemplary and I wish the practice all the success. They deserve it. Many thanks, Ivona & Co.
