I cannot praise this surgery enough and the expertise of Mr Patel. I have travelled from out of the area to this surgery since it first opened as, as a nervous patient Mr Patel and his whole team give me the time and reassurance to allow me to feel safe and undertake any treatments when needed. My 2 daughters have also been under his care for many years and he has been amazing with them too. As soon as you have contact with the surgery you are met with a friendly helpful team all this makes the experience of going to the dentist manageable. Thank you.

I’ve been incredibly phobic of the dentist since a bad extraction over 10 years ago. And Somerhill was my first experience post this. Richard was so calm and understanding he explained everything clearly and reassured me we could take as many breaks as needed. I have trouble breathing through my nose so this was incredibly helpful. I have been attending this dental clinic all my adult life. The present staff, excellently led by Dr Minova are polite, caring and extremely professional. The treatments are always discussed with me beforehand, any alternatives available are offered. The practice has modern up to date equipment to make you feel relaxed and involved.

I have today had 2 fillings and must say that Lucy and Amy were both pleasant and made me feel most comfortable during my treatment. I have not had fillings in my teeth for at least 20 years, so today's experience was not the dreaded expectation I thought it would be. Far from it. No more hesitation from me to visit my dentist.

Smiles dentist saw me for a painful tooth. X-ray revealed a healthy tooth had decided to split itself in half. Although I did not go for further treatment at Smiles, I was extremely happy with their lovely service. Very nice people.

The service is very professional and skilled in a caring manner with consideration for the patients' comfort. Costs are quoted in advance and procedures are explained before and during treatment, along with any appropriate ongoing advice. Appointment booking is easy and efficient with helpful email reminders. I have always been happy with the treatment I have received and feel confident and safe in their hands. My thanks to all on the team for a great service. The dentist's chair never was my favourite place but these are my favourite dentists and they've made that chair far more comfortable!
