I was a new patient, welcoming staff, check up done by Dr Nish. He explained the treatment which is needed. The dental nurse Farida is very helpful. I had the treatment; it went well. The dentist and the nurse are extremely helpful, Painless treatment and very good service.

I've been with Matthew B for more years than I care to remember! He's the consummate professional and a leading light at Rapport! Not only is he a vastly experienced dentist, but he also has wonderful awareness of patient needs with regards to coping with apprehension, fear of pain and general concern about invasive treatment. Matthew and his team have (between them) the expertise to handle all aspects of dental work, including extractions, repairs, hygiene (I use Anne!) and administration. I chose Northlight dental because I needed an implant to replace a broken tooth and my husband had had a successful procedure there previously and my own (NHS) dental practice did not have all the necessary equipment in house for the required scans. I was impressed with the professionalism of the practice after my initial consultation, and chose to move all of my dentistry to Northlight. After a full assessment of my teeth, it then transpired that I needed an extensive course of treatment to include much restorative work and veneers. My daughter was extremely nervous about getting wisdom teeth removed. Right from the enquiry at reception, the staff were friendly and reassuring. She didn't feel a thing and had got over her nerves of the dentist. Omar was a fabulous surgeon. Good value for a positive experience! I have since recommended Appledore to my sister and a friend.

As a new patient to The Dental Practice, I was extremely impressed on my first visit. I was given a warm welcome and waited in a comfortable and homely waiting area. Stephen was very professional and made me feel totally at ease. I had a thorough checkup on my teeth which as an older person are complicated. Stephen also checked my jaw, and neck and took X-rays. I feel that I will be well looked after in the future if I have any problems with my teeth. Thank you to all the staff.

I had a deep clean/Polish done this morning (27/08/25). Dr Usamah and Nurse Ola were meticulous in performing their work. No discomfort and the whole procedure was painless; the dental room was pleasant and relaxing. They were diligent and careful when carrying out the cleaning. I was amazed by the end results. Dr Usamah and nurse Ola come highly recommended.

The treatment I received at Bow House Dental was fantastic. Edward is experienced and very talented. I felt comfortable from the beginning and was in very capable hands. I have been so pleased with the result and it has made a difference to the quality of my life.
