I've never felt compelled to write a review for a dental clinic before. My experience: One: I am a live-in carer and couldn't go to an appointment and leave my client behind, but I needed a 2-hour appointment. I asked if I could take my lovely client with me. I was asked what would make her feel comfortable. I arrived with my lady who is 82 and living with dementia. The team had set up a chair for her in the treatment room and downloaded "The Sound Of Music" which I'd mentioned she enjoys. They made her cups of coffee and were attentive. That's above and beyond. For me, if you treat people I care for, I like you anyway. Then. Two: my dental treatment: in all honesty and I mean this sincerely. Whereas I have felt before that I was doomed to not open my mouth when I smile unless I'm with family, Michelle the dentist understood. And I have an affordable plan to smile - genuinely. I'm still in the process, but I'm excited. My experience has been that Michelle and all the staff I interacted with were kind and professional. And I am grateful to have found them.

I have been with this excellent practice for many years together with my husband. The staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. The latest treatment of broken tooth, emergency repair, and the final filling was addressed very quickly and all is well. I would highly recommend this practice. Emily and her assistant were patient and thorough.

I cannot praise this surgery enough and the expertise of Mr Patel. I have travelled from out of the area to this surgery since it first opened as, as a nervous patient Mr Patel and his whole team give me the time and reassurance to allow me to feel safe and undertake any treatments when needed. My 2 daughters have also been under his care for many years and he has been amazing with them too. As soon as you have contact with the surgery you are met with a friendly helpful team all this makes the experience of going to the dentist manageable. Thank you.

Narinder is a talented Dentist, I have a needle phobia, but was put at ease. I had an amazing porcelain crown fitted made the same day of my appointment in-house. All the staff are professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Thank you to Plamen and all the excellent staff at the Meads Dental Practice for the wonderful service I received. I had root canal treatment for a broken crown which was absolutely painless, I didn't even feel the injection.

The best dentist by far. I have been traumatized by previous experiences. So nervous! I was greeted so calmly that put me at ease straight away. I had to have a tooth extracted that was fractured. Devastated!! Such professional caring service, not as bad as I thought it would be. Explaining the procedure and highlighting my symptoms. It all made sense to me on reflection. I am 88yrs old and looked after by Eric Galvao in the kindest most expert empathetic way possible! Sue and her team of receptionists always are always personable, kind and helpful! Think yourself blessed if they have room for new patients at this practice!

I cannot thank Denise and Phil enough for the treatment I received.. I was so distressed thinking who can help with my broken dentures..xmas was looming which made me more anxious...The second I walked in I received a lovely warm welcome and a feeling of reassurance...This made me feel WOW someone can help..Phil and Denise managed to alighn my dentures and made them to look like the exact ones I initially had made.I truly have my smile back and am so looking forward to Xmas eating with my family..Well worth the money...MANY MANY THANKS YOU BITH WERE A GOD SEND REALLY

I was recommended to this practice and I'm so glad I was. I can't compliment everyone at the surgery highly enough they are friendly, efficient and my cosmetic dentistry is fabulous along with routine treatments.

I recently had a consultation with Mr Roy Dixon following a referral from my usual dentist. I was completely put at ease and the consultation was very thorough. There was plenty of time for questions and everything was explained really well. Just waiting for my treatment plan in order to progress but have no reservations at all.
