Cannot express how grateful I am to Phil and Denise for their kindness, understanding and lightning response in repairing my housebound, 94-year-old mum’s dentures. I arrived unannounced, with the set in several battered pieces, expecting to be told “no chance” but Phil took one look and, with full professional confidence, explained what he could do, the cost and that he would get them back to me the same day. True to his word, I collected the expertly repaired and rebuilt dentures, presented in a case to protect them, within just a couple of hours and all at a remarkably reasonable price. The beaming smile on mum’s face said it all; relieved she was able to talk and laugh again without self-consciously covering her mouth - and for the opportunity to eat something other than soup! Bless you both and once again, our deepest appreciation and thanks.

One could not have a better experience than having dentures fitted by Confident's Denture Clinic. The care in not just getting the right fit but also in explaining the need for cleaning and maintaining the dentures was exemplary. There was a friendliness throughout the whole procedure, and certainly, confidence was given to me in spades.

Years ago, I had an implant-retained denture at a training school. All went well. A few years ago, the denture became loose due to the abutments that were worn away.

I picked up the courage to visit Confident's Denture Clinic as I kept putting it off due to being embarrassed.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, Denise and Phil put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for them. After researching several companies, Denise found the abutments that were needed.

Today I had my new denture fitted to the implants, and I couldn't be happier!!
Denise and Phil are truly wonderful people and go above and beyond to put smiles back on people's faces.

I broke my lower partial denture. My dentist needed a week to get it repaired so I googled “Denture Repairs” near me and came across Confidents in Albert Road Harborne. I phoned a lovely lady answered and I arranged to take my denture in.

After having a really awful time with a denture that was made by a dentist in Stratford upon Avon, I went to confidents denture clinic. What an amazing denture they have made me, it is so comfortable I can ‘eat’ with it and it has restored my confidence, and looks so natural. I cannot thank Denise and Phil enough. I went feeling so distressed on how am I going to get through xmas and who can help with broken dentures. I put it off and put it off until I found Confident denture clinic.From the second I walked in I felt like wow I'm going to get help. The immediate warm welcome when I walked in was lovely and so reassuring...Phil put my dentures back, aligning the teeth together to how they was before the breakage. I am now wearing them again with a big smile on my face..well worth the money and I would not go anywhere else..The repair took 2 hours which was great for me and I would highly recommend Phil and Denise..

After the trauma of paying a lot of money for dentures that I simply could not wear without gagging, I found Confidents Denture Clinic. My denture broke on a Friday evening and ringing around to try and get an emergency repair, the only clinic with the courtesy to call back was Confidents. Denise was so kind and helpful and said Phil would see me Saturday morning. He did a fantastic repair for a very competitive price.

After a chat, I decided to start again and have Phil make new dentures for me. After just 4 appointments, I now have a set of comfortable, functional and beautiful-looking dentures. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

I suffer from anxiety and both Denise and Phil couldn’t have been kinder, more patient and accommodating.

By profession, I am a senior trainer and facilitator, often training people on customer service, however, there isn’t anything I could have taught them. Denise is like everyone’s best friend, warm, kind and caring. Phil is an absolute craftsman, explains everything in detail and puts you at ease straight away. His work is amazing and he has a brilliant sense of humour which really helped me to relax.

The cost of both a top a bottom partial was a third of the cost I had previously paid.

The clinic is bright, clean and modern.

I am forever grateful to both Denise and Phil.

They have a last given me a lot to smile about, psychologically and visually.
I came out of the clinic and took a selfie to send to my loved ones. They are absolutely delighted for me and said how fantastic the teeth look.
