I'm quite a nervous patient and never thought about sedation before. I had to have 2 big teeth out and very ao anxious about having them out. So I contacted holmes dentists (I live 2 hours away) I'm so glad I did. Right from the first phone call I made to them they put me at ease straight away. I had the treatment yesterday and everything went great. Every member of staff there are so understanding and are so goood at what they do. If I need a tooth out again I would 100% go back there. I came for a teeth whitening treatment. In one hour I got a response and a meeting for the following day. Then they took good care of me and advised me well.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery

I was given an appointment within a short period of time. I had very little time waiting at the clinic. I was greeted in a friendly and professional way. My medical record was checked and confirmed. I was given a detailed explanation of my oral condition illustrated by the use of dental x-ray film which enabled me to make an informed decision about my treatment plan. There was ample time for discussion and at no time did I feel pressurised in making a decision about future treatment. The range of treatments offered was explained as well as the costings. A pleasant, helpful and friendly environment from reception, to clinic and departure.
