I am extremely pleased. I was due to present at an international academic conference in Tirana on a Friday afternoon. I broke my front tooth on the Thursday evening on my flight to Tirana from the London.

As a person who has a HUGE fear of the dentist, Friel couldn't have treated me better. I had to have an emergency molar extraction and she was so lovely and understanding of my fear. She talked me through everything. After a few days I had dry socket, and I called the surgery. Friel called me back and prescribed me antibiotics. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Friel as a dentist 100%. It was more of an expensive appointment as it was a bank holiday Monday and an emergency appointment, but worth every cent.

I have no hesitation in recommending Stephan who was the denturist of choice of my dentist. He has supplied me with updates to my old dentures and recently an almost complete set after further dental treatment. The result is a very comfortable well fitting set.
