I had to finally get my teeth sorted. Due to a history of bad dentists and me not feeling happy with the overall appearance of my teeth. I went to Pallant Orthodontics for a consultation, as well as a couple of others and chose Pallant for my treatment. I chose them because they made me feel very comfortable and confident in their ability to deliver what I wanted. Also, they fully understood any concerns I had and appreciated all the questions I asked. Nothing was too much trouble. I feel the level of service I received fully justified the cost and it was in line with other orthodontic practices. The staff are friendly and helpful. No question is too silly, they take the time to explain the process and discuss any concerns you may have. The facilities are in Chichester are extremely well maintained and welcoming, as are the reception staff. The care throughout my treatment has been first rate. Alastair, (the founder of the practice), has a fantastic patient rapport, which makes you feel at ease and never under pressure. Each question and decision made through my treatment was discussed. I felt very much included and empowered with the process. Nicky the treatment coordinator, who we met first, was extremely helpful, understanding and took time to explain all the processes involved with the treatment plan. We felt she was open and honest regarding all aspects of the procedure. We did not feel pressured into saying yes, or making a decision there and then. We were able to go away to reflect and discuss in private all areas of the treatment plan, as this is such a big commitment, financially and emotionally. The practice is very modern, clean, contemporary. It's extremely professional and so are all the staff.
Daniel and his staff are amazing. They made me feel welcome and are really understanding/supportive. I had awful teeth and was really anxious. Thanks to Daniel and his team I now have the perfect smile. He puts a lot of effort into his patients and the dental work. I would highly recommend Bury Dental Centre.
I would like to say a huge thank you to all personnel at MD Clinic and especially to the Dentists who treated me during my short visit to Romania. I am a returning customer and I intend to remain one. Not only that, I would recommend them to everyone willing to listen, because apart from them being totally professional , they are so warm and welcoming. The Clinic has an up to date technology combined with affordable prices which in my opinion it's a recipe for success. I trusted they advice and I was right to do so. Very good dentist, took me in straight away. Was in pain an was a patient of Smiles and they didn't care. 100 percent happy with the root canal and crown work. Thanks a million. Will be going back next time. I need any work done in my mouth.
