From the moment I picked up the phone a couple of months back and called Xmile Clinic, I knew I was at the right place. I spoke to Denise the receptionist who put me through to Dr Rico. He immediately put me at ease. He has a good level of English. He asked me some questions and asked me to forward some photos on What's app. It was an easy experience and I felt really comfortable and assured that he could put a smile back on my face after years of not being comfortable with photographs because my teeth had moved and didn't look well. My husband and I made an appointment for a consultation. Dr Rico encouraged me to take my husband along because it was important to make decisions on my teeth together. I couldn't have agreed more. We arrived a Xmile a few weeks later. I thought it might take half an hour. It took 1.5 hours. It was time well spent because Dr Rico went through every possible detail. He asked lots of questions and my husband and I left totally reassured we were at the right dentist for me. We connected with him. He is very confident in his profession and I needed that reassurance. He is highly skilled. I had root canal treatment done on my first appointment with Sylvia and Monica. It was a pleasant experience. They were super friendly. Two days later I arrived early for what turned out to be over 6 hours of treatment preparing me for most of my teeth to be crowned.I had five appointments in total. The extensive work was necessary as my teeth had moved a lot and I wasn't happy smiling in photos any more. What strikes me about this clinic is that it's a team effort. From the moment you walk in, each team member treats you so well. From Denise in reception to Sylvia and Monica and finally to Dr Rico. It felt like one big happy family doing what they do best. Attention to detail is first class. I particularly liked the vibe and atmosphere in the clinic and I got 5 star treatment. I left last Friday, and am looking forward to going back in February. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and to anyone who needs dental treatment. For me, it is good value for the money I am spending. It's highly professional and a big smile is guaranteed as you leave😁. Thank you so much Dr Rico, Denise, Sylvia and Monica.

The dentist is a very skilled, experienced and professional lady. Clean, modern clinic. Along with her talented brother and lovely dental nurses, this makes a fantastic team to cover all your needs in comfortable friendly surroundings. Treatment and prices are fully explained. I had implants done and am delighted with the result. I highly recommend it. English is also spoken here.

Really lovely service, pleasant dentist. Assisted with my pain and sorted my problem out quickly until I can get back to the UK. Would definitely recommend. Thank you, Dr Dodds
