Luis Olivas was my coordinator for Supreme Dental in Baja California. The first time I talked with Luis I had many questions regarding the type of procedure I would need, how long it would take etc. I was fortunate to get first-hand information because Luis went through what I was going to have done. He was very knowledgeable and professional in every aspect that Supreme Dental offered and spoke excellent English. He told me I could call him anytime if I had any more questions which I needed answered and of course I did, never a problem for him and a big help for me. The only small piece of feedback I have is that while they provide an expected timeframe for dental work, my first visit ended up taking almost three days longer than planned. I completely understand that this isn’t Luis’s fault, as every patient’s case is different, but if there’s a way to better estimate the time required for certain procedures, that would be really helpful for future patients trying to plan their stay.

From my first contact all the way until now, everything has gone perfectly. My initial contact was with Luis Olivas, Supreme Dental's patient coordinator extraordinaire. Luis was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Even if I emailed him at 1:00 in the morning, he still responded, but he shocked me and seriously impressed me. Very patient with my questions and never pushed me with that typical salesman way of making me feel pressured. I contacted several other dentist offices out there as well, but none of them came anywhere close to what Luis sends Supreme Dental were offering and the details which they provided.

The office manager, Manny, was another great guy. very observant and also never tried to oversell me or upsell me. Me too made himself readily available for any questions or concerns..
My first dentist Dr Luis Quintero you're such a friendly guy and so detailed, I was getting me all on four procedure and thankfully for all the videos that Frank puts out I felt so knowledgeable and prepared. The whole experience is very transparent, no surprises and very upfront with everything.

My first surgery with Dr Luis was amazingly painless. I opted to have the sedation, which was quite well because I honestly never felt any pain during the procedure or after or anytime since. During the week, they had me come in almost daily to follow up and get the temporary teeth set up. Great thing about it was the hotel is right upstairs, so a quick trip upstairs and I can either go to bed,d watch TV or sit down in a huge patio, washing the city which was safe and very alive. Dr Luis did such a great job that my teeth looked amazing, and there was barely any bruising or swelling whatsoever.

Frank's father was my driver going back to the airport. The complimentary ride is really beneficial. Francisco was his name and he's a very nice guy. Very personable and very proud of his family, it was nice to meet him.
Am I returning trip 3 months later I went back to get my permanent teeth. Dr Luis was in New York for a convention, so I got to have Dr Elias. I was very happy to have him as well because in all the videos, he was also very personable, and you can tell he also cared very much about his patients. He had great energy and was also very thorough and detailed in his work. He made me very comfortable as well. I feel like God blessed me with both Dr Luis and Dr Elias.

It's been 3 months now since my final procedure everything has gone well have a great smile and I feel very comfortable now as opposed before where I felt like I looked like a homeless man whenever I smiled. No I can smile with confidence and eat without pain or concern.
On the financial side of it I paid half of what I would have paid here in the US. Every place I went to was charging between 40 to $50,000 for the same work. I couldn't be happier with everything from start to finish at Supreme Dental. For anyone who's concerned about going to Mexico for the dental work, Los Algodones is a very safe place. I want to watch daily, and yes there are people constantly trying to sell your stuff, but that's just the way it is. They don't harass you.

I was very happy with him as well—his videos showed how personable he was, and in person, he was just as caring and thorough. His energy and attention to detail made me feel very comfortable. I truly feel blessed to have had both Dr. Luis and Dr. Elias take care of me.

It has now been three months since my final procedure, and everything has gone perfectly. I have a great smile, and I feel so much more confident—before, I felt like I looked like a homeless man when I smiled. Now, I can smile with confidence and eat without pain or concern.

My husband and I did a lot of research regarding medical/dental tourism, and we chose Supreme Dental as our providers. We connected with Luis, a Patient Advocate with Supreme Dental online and by telephone. Luis was a great liaison for us as we were coming from Michigan and didn’t really know what to expect. Luis put us at ease and facilitated much of our travel,l ensuring our safe entry to and from Los Algodonnes.

We stayed right at the clinic for our first 5-day trip. Consummate professionals, the clinic staff walked us through the testing process and eventual meeting with our dental providers. My dental care plan included the removal of all my teeth and the implantation of the necessary structural hardware to support the dental arches. I chose this because to save my natural teeth would have meant a lot more work, including a sinus lif, which would have been more time and money. We did research the difference in cost between Mexico and the US for dental treatment, and we saved at least 5,0%, perhaps more,but in addition, the time factor was cut drastically. We were told to complete the process in the US it would be over a year and a half to accomplish less progress for my dental care.

We looked at two different providers in Los Algodones for our dental care. Both providers had state-of-the-art equipment and qualified dentists and dental assistants, but after speaking with Luis, who shared with us his own dental experience with Supreme Dental, it was a no-brainer for us. We knew we would get great care and a great result. Supreme Dental’s owners treat their staff well and it has a family feel to the clinic. They are just all good people, and I am very glad that we were fortunate enough to connect with Luis. God was watching over us and He guided us well (as usual!).

I was initially hesitant about getting my smile designed because I knew it was a permanent change. Plus, I’ve always had a huge fear of needles (which, I know, might seem a little silly coming from a full-grown woman). But from the moment I walked into the clinic, I knew I was in great hands. Dr. Alonso was absolutely amazing!

He was incredibly gentle, explained every step of the process, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The clinic itself is top-notch. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into every detail to make patients feel at ease.

Luis was also fantastic. Before I even started treatment, he took the time to answer all my questions and guide me through what to expect, which really helped ease my nerves.

Now that it’s all done, I couldn’t be happier with my new smile! The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m so grateful for the care and professionalism I received.

Two years ago, I began my journey of research for a dental surgeon and found Supreme Dental through Luis Olivas. After he answered all of our questions, I booked an appointment and had all of the surgical extractions and implants done in March 2024.

From start to finish my experience with Supreme dental has been actually supreme!
The first contact was with Luis Olivas, my patient coordinator. Apparently the man never sleeps, I could email him at 1:00 a.m. and he was still reply I didn't expect that but it sure did beat all the other places I spoke to. I actually contacted at least six places out there in Los Algodones and beyond any measurement he far exceeded all of them. The fact that he has also been a patient there gave me confidence and everything he said and he was clearly honest and very upfront
He State and communication with me throughout the process and even up till now. Whenever I had a question he was always available to answer it. Everything he said was true. The costs, the procedures, everything and he didn't try to oversell me on anything or try to get me to buy extra stuff no salesman pressure I appreciated that.
Dr.Luis was my first dentist. Great guy, very very efficient and a great communicator. He clearly cares about his patients and does not make you feel rushed in any way. I'm my first procedure they removed all of my teeth and put in the posts for the all-on-four procedure. I opted in for the sedation and I got to say, I had no pain at all not during or after the procedure! The only funny thing was they kept waking me up to say open your mouth I guess I kept on closing my mouth and my sleep but again no pain at all. I was there the whole week when they kept checking on me in the office which was downstairs from the hotel another great perk. I got the temporary All on four teeth and they looked amazing, I immediately felt like a new man and I hardly any bruising whatsoever which was great.
3 months later I went back to do my procedure and before going I was notified the Dr Louis would be in New York for a convention so Dr Elias would be taken care of me. Since I've watched just about every video on this website, I was very comfortable with Dr elias. Another great guy, had great conversations and he's got such a charismatic personality, you may want to keep your wife away from him LOL. He also is extremely talented and thorough in the work that he did. I love the fact that they never make you feel rushed, even though they are very busy. Again there's no pain and he also recommended the right shade for my permanent all on four teeth.
It's been around 4 months now since I had my finals put in and I have absolutely no complaints I would do it all over again in a second. The amount of money I saved literally was over $25,000 it was half the price of what has quoted as several dentists here in the us.
Los algodones is extremely safe absolutely nothing to worry about crime-wise. The people there are very kind and of course they are trying to make a living on the streets so you can expect to have a million people ask you to buy something, but that's just the way it is. It's weird to say, but I actually miss this place. I also forgot to mention that Frank the owner is also responsive on facebook. You also see him around the office which is really good to know that he's hands on so to speak. His father is also a great guy, francisco, who was my driver three of the four times I went there. I would also say that in the airport in Yuma they have a restaurant and the food was excellent. I couldn't help but get something each time.
Supreme dental has my highest possible recommendations. I tell anybody I know who needs dental work that they absolutely should go there. Absolutely worth every penny for this life changing experience.
