I went to Seoul Center Aesthetic Institute, for facial fat transfer and revision rhinoplasty for a previous botched nose job. My surgeon was both, skilful and caring. I never expected to find such high levels of skill and standards of care. Very pleased with my results.

I want to share my experience because it truly meant a lot to me. I first came to Vietnam last year to get my nose done, and unfortunately, my experience with the previous doctor was disappointing. He didn’t really understand what I wanted and instead shaped my nose based on what he thought fit my face. Within just a year, my nose had already dropped, and it started to look like it was drooping downward. I wasn’t happy with the result, especially considering that the procedure was expensive and the level of care was not professional. I was even sent back to the U.S. with a stitch still inside my nose and told to remove it myself, which was honestly shocking. When I returned a year later hoping for an adjustment, the customer service was extremely disappointing, and I started to feel like I would be stuck with a result I didn’t like for years. After that first surgery, I consulted with multiple other doctors. Almost all of them recommended a revision using rib cartilage, since it’s often considered the most solid and low-risk long-term approach. But none of them really listened to what I wanted when it came to recovery. I live a very healthy, yogic lifestyle and practice yoga regularly, so a long and intense recovery involving the rib area didn’t feel right for me. Then, unexpectedly, I came across Dr. Tam while I was actually looking into getting my eyelids done. He’s not one of those highly advertised doctors you see everywhere, which made the whole experience feel even more genuine and unexpected. From the moment I spoke with him, I could tell he was different. He’s young, has a great sense of humor, and made me feel comfortable right away. More importantly, he truly listened. He took the time to clearly explain what went wrong with my previous surgery and why my nose had drooped. He also respected both of my priorities: achieving a beautiful, natural result and having a reasonable recovery process. Instead of pushing for the most aggressive option, he suggested a balanced approach using ear cartilage for the revision. After the revision, the result is exactly what I had hoped for. The tip is lifted in a way that looks natural and fits my face so much better. It looks refined, stable, and most importantly, like me. I didn’t even expect it to turn out this well. It may seem like a small change, but it has made a big difference in how I feel day to day. I feel more confident, and I no longer feel discouraged when I look in the mirror. I’m truly grateful I found Dr. Tam. He not only fixed my nose, but he also respected my lifestyle, my recovery needs, and helped me find a middle path that worked for me. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who listens, explains, and genuinely cares about getting it right.

Jamie was the most efficient and kindest medical liaison with a quick response time. Dr. Duong and the hospital staff were very thorough and knowledgeable. They checked on me multiple times during the hospital stay and after discharge.
