Vivianne was great, communicated very patiently and went way beyond the usual service. Two implants and a new upper denture were all very well done and she made sure I was completely satisfied before she let me leave, taking the extra time to do some final adjustments so they all fit perfectly. Dr. Pradhan was exceptional from the start, even adjusting his schedule to accommodate my treatment last minute. He was honest about what to expect regarding temporary dentures and the need for bone grafting, emphasizing that final decisions could only be made after the implants were placed and the bone condition assessed. The transparency was refreshing and reassuring. He quoted me the highest price for the top brand of implants, which he preferred, but also offered alternatives to reduce costs if I wished. This straightforward approach eliminated any surprises at the end of the process. Overall, I am extremely glad I chose Dr. Pradhan. With his education from New York, his English was excellent, and I felt he truly took pride in delivering top-quality treatment. I look forward to returning in five months when my permanent teeth are affixed to the implants.
