From the first minute, Dr. Delgado showed compassion, great doctor’s manners, excellent English, and a sense of humour that instantly made me feel comfortable—he was also clearly well-rounded and thoughtful in every topic we touched on. I was only in Playa del Carmen for two days, and he was incredibly flexible—after evaluation, he even arranged a driver for my CT scan and had me back in no time.
