I was given an appointment within a short period of time. I had very little time waiting at the clinic. I was greeted in a friendly and professional way. My medical record was checked and confirmed. I was given a detailed explanation of my oral condition illustrated by the use of dental x-ray film which enabled me to make an informed decision about my treatment plan. There was ample time for discussion and at no time did I feel pressurised in making a decision about future treatment. The range of treatments offered was explained as well as the costings. A pleasant, helpful and friendly environment from reception, to clinic and departure.

Thank you Dr Parampreet for your patience. I know it must’ve been funny to have a patient scared of a simple scaling and filling procedure. But thank you so much for your gentle approach and the painless procedure. I didn’t experience any post-op sensitivity, and that made this experience even better for me! I know this isn’t a part of the procedure, but the fact that I could park my car inside the building compound without having to worry about finding parking, really made a big difference for me!

Having a treatment plan agreed upon with Contemporary Dentists a few months ago, the New Year saw me attend for the penultimate work to be carried out. A sedation multiple extractions and a new denture, needless to say as a nervous patient I was very anxious. Well, I received excellent care, was put at ease, the dental nurses were brilliant and Mr Russ, had, I imagine a challenging time with what I needed to do. The outcome two days later, I'm 100% happy and very grateful for their help and I have found my confidence is now coming back, so finding Contemporary Dentists Exeter was the best thing that's happened to me.
