I’ve got immediate help to avoid being in a dangerous health condition on Saturday afternoon - basically after the opening time. Not only having sorted out my painful problem but fixing my from tooth too, which gave me back my confidence, also the freedom to be able to bite properly, to speak clearly again and to smile happily without mask too! My son was referred to The Smile Suite by our dentist in Bristol as he requires both twin block treatment and full braces. My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances. Many thanks Neil - you are a Shining Star. I am grateful indeed.

On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.
