I can not recommend them highly enough. I got really bad vertigo when getting up after the appointment. It was even worse than the last time this happened there. And even with my cane, I had to still hold myself against the wall to not fall The staff there is so sweet. My Dentist walked slowly down in front of me to make sure I was not falling down the stairs. Then I sat a bit in the waiting room & one of the receptionists insisted on escorting me to my car because I had to park a bit away. I have been very happy with them over the years especially since I'm terrified of dentists & they always try to keep me calm & make it as easy as possible for me. But today showed me how amazing they are. They seriously go above & beyond for their patients.
Last week I had an appointment with the Blue Apple dental hygienist, Tanya, and her professional approach and empathetic manner have changed my negative attitude to dental hygiene procedures. I had a previous unfortunate experience in a different dental practice - not entirely the hygienist's fault, but it meant that I approached last week's appointment with great reluctance. Immediately Tanya put me at ease and I found the whole experience painless and thorough. She took the time to explain all aspects in detail and gave me very useful advice. My tooth inlay fell out and I couldn't eat as there was a big hole. I booked an emergency appointment on Sunday and was seen within an hour. Dr. Nua and Charlotte put me at ease, as I hate dentists, but my tooth was fixed. I wish they were my dentist, as they were caring and totally put me at ease.
