I can not recommend them highly enough. I got really bad vertigo when getting up after the appointment. It was even worse than the last time this happened there. And even with my cane, I had to still hold myself against the wall to not fall The staff there is so sweet. My Dentist walked slowly down in front of me to make sure I was not falling down the stairs. Then I sat a bit in the waiting room & one of the receptionists insisted on escorting me to my car because I had to park a bit away. I have been very happy with them over the years especially since I'm terrified of dentists & they always try to keep me calm & make it as easy as possible for me. But today showed me how amazing they are. They seriously go above & beyond for their patients.
My first impression of this Clinic was that I felt welcome, and the communication with staff made me very comfortable. It was like visiting family. I had extensive dental procedures including root canals, bridges, teeth whitening etc and was extremely pleased with the outcome. I was very impressed with my visit to the revamped Sutton Smile Spa. I was treated by Dr. Raj Patel and explained to him I was a bit anxious. He was absolutely great. He was very gentle and assured me on every step of what he was about to do. His dental nurse was also very friendly. It is a very modern and clean practice, and all staff are very friendly.
