Was recently seen by Dr. Grant. I'm a nervous patient and he and the dental nurse reassured me at all times. Dr. Grant explained the steps to the procedure really well, so I felt very much in good hands. He also distracted me, so I felt less worried. The receptionists were also very friendly and welcoming. I cannot praise the practice staff for the way they have to treat me and my wife. My wife has always been nervous about going to the dentist, but everyone in the practice made her feel welcome and calmed her nerves. As for myself, due to COVID and the fact that my previous dentists were a victim of the "lock-down" and ceased practising, left me in a lot of pain due to a bad wisdom tooth, but Dr V.J. I highly recommend Dr Schmidt, who is friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the procedure and plan for my needs. I felt all options were given to me to make my decision regarding having a denture and not just going after the money. Nurses are caring and supportive and I can't thank the whole team enough to make this my experiences pleasant despite the pain I was going through.
