Hi , This is Sivapriya 35 Y , From where to start ..By nature I am little over normal weight having 68 Kgs and 5”3 during Marriage and I have 2 Cererians one @2008 followed one in 2014 and I have spent lot of time in getting rid of my weight post pregnancy with vigorous Gymming, Diet and tried all kinds of diet that exist around us . I still have no luck and I used to weight 96 Kgs post second pregnancy and I could able pull till 82 Kgs /2019 leaving with heavy pouch and saggy belly which used to put me lot of stress on my back bone and used have pain creating my posture leading to bending.. This used to impact me a lot not just that “How I look” but It used to deprive my confidence level and I couldn’t used wear the apparels of my choice and desire, I always used to buy some thing that cover my huge belly and which of not my interest at all. My kids used to see and say “Mom you are huge”, I couldn’t able to walk 1 KM and it used pain in my knees . They were days I went into depression though I am pure vegetarian with no smoking and drinking habits what is causing me to get stuck at 82 KGs for almost 3 years. I finally thought enough is enough and now I need change and bring back my old aura back in action ensuring that I should look healthy. More than physical looks I wanted to be healthy. That is the I told my husband Krishna that we must do something that bring back my health. Finally, we started searching good medical practitioner who can guide me in right direction. In the month of July”2019 we visited Aesthetics PLUS - Dr. Surindher and it was my first appointment and I never had any previous experience visiting with this clinic. I just did Google and we walked into clinic. I didn’t know that moment it is going to change my life ever. He examined and told the facts why I am not reducing further more and he asked me to under go Ultrasonic Test due to suspicious of “Hernia”. The next day we visited and got it tested and ruled out “Hernia” . Dr.Surindher told me that I have undergo “ abdominoplasty” , My husband arranged all other aspects of hospitalization and checked the RISKS associated with the surgery. Finally with out even discussion or having second thought I undergo “Abdominoplasty” on Aug 14th ,2019. It took almost 4 HRS and stayed in hospital with drains connected to collect the liquids that form post surgery. Dr.Surindher used to visit regularly and check the healing. I must say that I am blessed to have such a wonderful doctor, He got lot of patience and he is available both on phone and whatsapp for any queries and suggestions. My recovery took 2 months to heal and we used visit every week to clinic and Dr.Surindher used to guide us what to do and what not to do . I checked weight and came down to 77 Kgs. I wan not much disappointed as I thought I will reduce minimum 10 Kgs but I could able to reduce 5 Kgs post Abdominoplasty but I was happy that I did not have that heavy pouch and belly. The miracle came in my life called HCG Diet. Dr. Surinder introduced this diet to me and my husband also. We religiously followed the diet instructions that are fed to us by Dr.Surindher , We did 41 days diet following strictly starting Oct 2019 and to my surprise I almost lot 10Kgs bringing me to my old figure of pre marriage days. Today, I am weighing 66 Kgs. What a tremendous change from 97Kgs to 66 Kgs and its quite visible and My stress levels came down and confidence increased heavily and more over I am very healthy and I also did 5K Marathon in Sep’ 2019, and the year 2019 is going to be remarkable and memorable journey of my life as God gave me opportunity to meet Dr.Surindher that changed my life how I perused my 11 years of life. Dr.Surindher stood by me like a brother take care of his sister. I wanted to post this story as I wanted every one to be happy in life and all the myths on “Abdominoplasty” and HCG are untrue consult Dr. Surindher he will guide you and get you in right direction. BTW, My count on reduction is still on as I am now in healthy eating habits and we did photo shoot to pamper myself and the best comments I got that I look more beautiful than I was before marriage. Some of them even express their surprise that I am mother of 2 kids and married for last 11 years. At last I am very thankful to Dr.Surinder.
