Hi , This is Sivapriya 35 Y , From where to start ..By nature I am little over normal weight having 68 Kgs and 5”3 during Marriage and I have 2 Cererians one @2008 followed one in 2014 and I have spent lot of time in getting rid of my weight post pregnancy with vigorous Gymming, Diet and tried all kinds of diet that exist around us . I still have no luck and I used to weight 96 Kgs post second pregnancy and I could able pull till 82 Kgs /2019 leaving with heavy pouch and saggy belly which used to put me lot of stress on my back bone and used have pain creating my posture leading to bending.. He examined and told the facts why I am not reducing further more and he asked me to under go Ultrasonic Test due to suspicious of “Hernia”. The next day we visited and got it tested and ruled out “Hernia” . Dr.Surindher told me that I have undergo “ abdominoplasty” , My husband arranged all other aspects of hospitalization and checked the RISKS associated with the surgery. Finally with out even discussion or having second thought I undergo “Abdominoplasty” on Aug 14th ,2019. It took almost 4 HRS and stayed in hospital with drains connected to collect the liquids that form post surgery. Dr.Surindher used to visit regularly and check the healing. I must say that I am blessed to have such a wonderful doctor, He got lot of patience and he is available both on phone and whatsapp for any queries and suggestions. My recovery took 2 months to heal and we used visit every week to clinic and Dr.Surindher used to guide us what to do and what not to do . I checked weight and came down to 77 Kgs. I wan not much disappointed as I thought I will reduce minimum 10 Kgs but I could able to reduce 5 Kgs post Abdominoplasty but I was happy that I did not have that heavy pouch and belly. The miracle came in my life called HCG Diet. Dr. Surinder introduced this diet to me and my husband also. We religiously followed the diet instructions that are fed to us by Dr.Surindher , We did 41 days diet following strictly starting Oct 2019 and to my surprise I almost lot 10Kgs bringing me to my old figure of pre marriage days. Today, I am weighing 66 Kgs. I started my cosmetic surgery journey round about 6 months ago. I’ve always been very confident and happy with my appearance as a young and happy 53-year-old. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure.
