Dr Victoria

Dr Victoria qualified in 1993 as a dental surgeon and transitioned into full-time medical aesthetics in 2002 following a maternity break.

She was drawn to aesthetic medicine by its innovative potential and its suitability for balancing professional and family life. Over the past 23 years, she has trained with several renowned experts, including Dr Arthur Swift, Dr Mauricio de Maio, Dr Kate Goldie, Dr Tapan Patel, and Dr Raj Acquilla.

During which she has performed over 42,000 treatments using a range of non-surgical modalities, addressing the face and neck from the hairline to the clavicle. Her primary focus is achieving natural, balanced, and harmonious results - refined at every angle and in motion.

However, she also collaborates with patients seeking more defined enhancements to specific facial features, such as the chin, cheeks, or nose. Guided by Dr Arthur Swift’s BeautiPHIcation principles, she emphasizes the art of harmony to preserve and enhance each individual’s beauty.

  : A procedure to reduce wrinkles, which she finds exceptionally precise in delivering harmonious, natural, and long-lasting outcomes.

Previously, she has:

• Been a trainer for Sinclair Pharma on Silhouette Soft® threads and Ellansé® bio-stimulator treatments.
• Worked on the Merz steering committee to help launch in the UK the dermal filler Belotero® Volume.
• Presented at the Aesthetics Conference & Exhibition (ACE) and Facial Aesthetic Conference & Exhibition (FACE) on dermal fillers and Ultherapy®.
• Featured as an independent expert on lower-face and forehead reshaping with dermal fillers at ACE.

Dr Asel Nawroz is an experienced dental surgeon and medical aesthetic practitioner, dedicated to a minimally invasive approach in both dentistry and aesthetics.

With over 20 years of experience, she has worked across all aspects of dentistry, including community care and oral and maxillofacial surgery within hospital settings, where she honed her surgical skills. Her career has taken her across 

Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Australia

, enriching her expertise in different clinical environments.

After graduating, she pursued further studies and obtained a postgraduate degree from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Her passion for aesthetics began over 

10 years ago

, leading her to achieve a Master of Science in Aesthetic Medicine and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology.

Dr Asel divides her professional time between NHS dentistry and medical aesthetics at DRVICTORIA™ Clinic.

She is also an 

aesthetic trainer

 at the award-winning Acquisition Aesthetics Academy, where she mentors and trains medical professionals who are new to the field of aesthetics.

Dr Joanna is a highly skilled dental surgeon and medical aesthetic practitioner with over two decades of experience. Her career, has allowed her to adapt to diverse clinical environments and gain valuable insights, from charitable work in Tanzania and Cambodia to general dentistry in the Hebrides, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Nearly a decade ago, she discovered her passion for aesthetics, leading her to pursue and complete a Master of Science in Aesthetic Medicine. Joanna also speaks Polish fluently.

Elspeth came to nursing later in life as a mature student at 37 - driven by a deep desire to help people from all walks of life. It was a daunting yet rewarding journey, and after four years of dedication, she graduated with distinction in 2015.

She has many years of experience in acute surgical care and community nursing, during which she enjoyed the privilege of meeting and caring for such a variety of patients. However, she wanted to advance her career and combine patient care with achieving positive outcomes.

So, she joined the DRVICTORIA team in 2021 to learn more about regenerative medicine since from a young age she has had a passion about skincare and learning how to maintain healthy, radiant skin.
