It was a great experience. I went for coolsculpting and after 2 weeks I can already see a difference. The service was awesome.

My experience with hair loss started in my early twenties. It began thinning steadily over the years but it had rapidly progressed by the time I reached thirty. I never wore my hair down and regularly wore toppers as my hair was so transparent on the scalp and around the crown area. It took such a toll on my confidence and I would often be in tears at the thought of losing it. I exhausted all avenues too; various hair vitamins, hair toppers and hair extensions (the latter just exacerbated the problem). In the end, after a lot of research, I came across Horner and Brown in Coventry. We arranged a meeting and discussed my options. Michaela and Emma were very honest about expectations and we decided a combined laser and minoxidil treatment was the way forward. Initially, I lost a lot of hair, I was also shedding my postpartum baby hair so it was a double whammy for me, but over time I began noticing little baby hairs growing all around the front of my head where I had receded. I also felt new hair around my crown and scalp area. I am now at a point where my confidence has been restored, I no longer obsess about my hair and do not worry about the future. My hair feels healthy and fuller and I finally feel confident enough to wear it down. I can’t thank Emma and Michaela enough for their support, professionalism and honesty. Absolutely amazing clinic! The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I was slightly nervous for my treatment but I instantly felt at ease after being offered a cup of tea and a biscuit while waiting until my appointment time. The specialist performing my laser hair removal treatment was so professional and caring, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. 5 star experience. In March 2019 I came for an appointment with doctor Ejikeme where I was looking for a treatment that was actually going to harm my skin and not give me the long term benefit I was looking for. I learned things about my skin skincare and makeup ingredients that I was not even aware of. I embarked on a 6 skincare treatment before adding peeling and since then I have no issue going to work or being seen without makeup. Actually, I barely wear makeup although I buy more now :-). Thank you for teaching me patience and kindness towards my skin, stopping for looking for short term results vs longer terms. Thank you for adapting the service you provide to me based on my needs, thank you for not pushing me to buy something that will only benefit the decrease or my wallet vs my skin. I have a long list of things that still want to improve on my body and face but I’m 75% there. I look forward to every treatment I have to have in your clinic.
